  • Our 4 Pillars of Support

    Listening (Emotional First Aid)

Sometimes, you just need someone to hear you.” We provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for children and adults to share their stories. Our volunteers are trained to listen, validate your feelings, and help you unload the mental burden of the disaster

    Counselling (Professional Care)

Healing starts from within.” For those experiencing deeper trauma, anxiety, or depression, we bridge the gap to professional care. We facilitate free referrals to certified counselors and psychiatrists to ensure you get the clinical support you need to recover.
